W dniach 26 i 27 lutego 2026 roku- Ekodoradca Gminy Szczurowa Paulina Bodzioch spotkała się z uczniami Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej im. Tadeusza Kościuszki w Strzelcach Wielkich w ramach projektu „Wdrażanie Programu Ochrony Powietrza Fundusze Europejskie dla Małopolski 2021-2027”
Celem spotkania było zwiększenie świadomości dzieci w zakresie oszczędzania energii elektrycznej, kształtowanie postaw proekologicznych oraz promowanie codziennych nawyków sprzyjających ochronie środowiska.
Podczas zajęć uczniowie dowiedzieli się czym jest energia oraz dlaczego warto ją oszczędzać. Omówiono konsekwencję marnowania energii oraz przedstawiono praktyczne sposoby jej oszczędzania zarówno w szkole jak i w domu (np. gaszenie światła, wyłączanie nieużywanego sprzętu).
Dodatkowo podczas spotkania przedstawiono dzieciom temat OZE-czyli Odnawialnych Źródeł Energii, wyjaśniając ich znaczenie dla ochrony środowiska.
W celu utrwalenia wiedzy przeprowadzono krótki quiz, w którym dzieci aktywnie uczestniczyły, odpowiadając na pytania i dzieląc się swoimi pomysłami.
Zaproponowano uczniom „eko-wyzwanie” polegające na codziennym 7 dniowym stosowaniu zasad oszczędzania energii, takich jak- gaszenie światła, odłączanie nieużywanych urządzeń od prądu oraz świadome korzystanie z energii w domu i w szkole.
Na zakończenie Wychowawcy klas otrzymali zestawy materiałów edukacyjnych dla całej klasy, a dzieci kolorowanki i gadżety ekologiczne.
