Aspirant sztabowy Marcin Włodek w trakcie kontroli dworca PKP zauważył na peronie nieznanego mężczyznę, którego zachowanie wzbudziło jego podejrzenia. Odpowiednia reakcja doświadczonego mundurowego uratowała 37-latka, który znajdował się w stanie kryzysu emocjonalnego.
W piątek (31 października br.) dzielnicowy rewiru dzielnicowych Komendy Powiatowej Policji w Bochni aspirant sztabowy Marcin Włodek prowadził pieszy patrol terenu miasta. Tuż po godzinie 12, podczas kontroli rejonu dworca PKP zauważył osobę, która miała na głowie kaptur i chodząc po peronie zachowywała się w sposób bardzo nienaturalny. Kiedy mundurowy podszedł bliżej zauważył mężczyznę, który płacze i jest roztrzęsiony. Funkcjonariusz podjął z nim rozmowę, z której jasno wynikało, że 37-latek znajduje się w bardzo poważnym stanie kryzysu emocjonalnego. Stanie, który chciał zakończyć targnięciem się na swoje życie.
Doświadczony funkcjonariusz poprosił mieszkańca Bochni o to, aby ten usiadł na znajdującej się na peronie wiacie i wysłuchał zdenerwowanego 37-latka, któremu udzielił wsparcia. Pomoc i przede wszystkim reakcja mundurowego okazały się kluczowe dla osoby znajdującej się w stanie kryzysu emocjonalnego. Mężczyzna ostatecznie został przekazany pod opiekę wezwanego na miejsce Zespołu Ratownictwa Medycznego, a następnie lekarzy.
